Company

Built to connect flight, evidence, and judgement.

CRS is building a transparent, human-reviewed inspection-intelligence platform that helps professionals capture, organize, review, and communicate evidence from concrete assets more effectively.

Company thesis

Better decisions start with evidence people can follow.

Inspection evidence often moves between site photos, personal notes, folders, analysis tools, and reports. Context can be lost between those steps.

CRS is developing software to bring that evidence into one structured, reviewable workflow—using AI assistance carefully and keeping professional judgement in control.

Origin and mission

Grounded in construction and inspection realities.

Crack Recognition Solution was established in 2022. Its founding direction grew from the need to organize concrete-inspection evidence more clearly while exploring how computer vision could assist—without replacing—the people responsible for review.

The mission is to help professionals capture, organize, review, and communicate evidence from concrete assets more effectively through a transparent and human-reviewed workflow.

Evidence before automation

Keep original imagery, context, reviewer decisions, and resulting communication connected.

02

Human review at material steps

Experimental suggestions and AI-assisted drafts remain subject to professional judgement.

03

Clear limits build trust

State what is working, what is in development, and what the platform does not provide.

Leadership

Three perspectives. One shared product direction.
